Orders and payment: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without prior notice, though confirmed orders keep the price shown at checkout. We accept payment via Stripe.
Return and Refund Policy: Each item we create is custom or personalized. We are not able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on our products. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our work and our fast turn-around times, we are not able to offer cancellations on orders.
Processing Times: Each item is custom made in our shop. Please see the product listing page for specific processing times for each item. Engraved drinkware is typically ready to ship within 24 hours.
Shipping: We offer standard shipping to the continental USA. Our shipping services include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by destination and carrier. Slap Your Name On It is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but will assist in tracking lost shipments.
Package Delivery: We ship to the exact address that is entered at checkout, so please check the shipping details carefully. We are unable to offer refunds on addresses that were entered incorrectly. If delivery was attempted at your location but ultimately returned to us, you have 7 business days to pay an additional shipping fee to have it re-sent. After that time, orders will be forfeited and disposed of.
Local Pickup: We are pleased to offer local pickup from our shop in Wheaton, Illinois. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout. We will contact you with details when your order is ready. Orders must be picked up with 7 business days, or they will be forfeited and disposed of.
Damaged Items: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any damage to your order. We will work together to file an insurance claim with our shipping carriers. Once the claim is processed, we will be able to send a replacement right away.
Customization and Personalization: Your order will be fulfilled using the exact spelling/punctuation/logo/wording that you enter during checkout. Please confirm that your details and spellings are correct. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on our custom/personalized products.
