LOCAL PICKUP: We are pleased to offer a $5 discount on your order when you opt to pickup from our shop in Wheaton, Illinois. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout. We will contact you with details when your order is ready!
SHIPPING: We offer standard shipping to the continental USA. Our shipping services include USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier, but are not guaranteed.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any damage to your order. We will work together to file an insurance claim with our shipping carriers. Once the claim is processed, we will be able to send a replacement right away!
PACKAGE DELIVERY: We ship to the exact address that is entered at checkout, so please check the shipping details carefully. We are unable to offer refunds on addresses that were entered incorrectly. If delivery was attempted at your location but ultimately returned to us, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee to have it re-sent.
